Product
We cut pretty much like other brands on the market. So take your usual size from us. You have a good chance of making the right choice. If you usually do S in other brands, take an S from us.
However, if you want to check your choice, consult our size guide. There you will find the main measurements of our clothing.
Take a piece of clothing from your wardrobe of the same type as the one you want to order and measure it. Look in the table for the size whose measurements are closest to those of your garment. If you are exactly between two sizes, choose the larger one.
No, because the fabric with which they were made has been washed beforehand. On the sales page of each product you will find the maximum temperature at which the product can be washed. Please take this into account when washing.
For each product, the composition of the fabric used is indicated.
Payment
To pay for your purchases on the site, you can use either your Paypal account or your bank card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, etc.). All your payments are secure .
Please note that we also offer split payment in 3x or 4x from €50 via our partner Alma.
Please note that all transactions are carried out in euros.
Once your order has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation email in which you simply click on “Download your order”.
Payment is 100% secure.
When you pay, a padlock appears in the URL bar, indicating that your connection is completely secure.
Depending on the bank card used, your bank may ask you for verification by 3D secure.
Payment 3 or 4 times
From 50€ of purchases, you have the possibility to pay for your order in 3 or 4 installments free of charge, over a period of 3 to 4 months, thanks to the Alma payment platform.

The cards accepted are cards issued in France, Belgium, Germany and Spain, such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
However, prepaid, virtual and systematically authorized cards cannot be accepted.
The bank card must have at least a validity date greater than 3 or 4 months in order to ensure payments.
Yes, payments via Alma are secure.
Alma systematically carries out a 3D Secure verification to confirm that you are the owner of the card used. Your bank then sends you a confirmation SMS or a push notification in your banking application, to confirm that you initiated this operation and that it is not fraudulent.
Orders
To guarantee fast delivery, once the order has been validated, you can no longer cancel it or make any modifications.
However, if you no longer wish to receive your order, we invite you to refuse your package to the delivery person or to reship it using the prepaid return label, if your delivery country allows it.
Our collections are designed in limited editions to guarantee exclusivity and originality. Therefore, once a product is sold out, it will generally not be restocked. We encourage you to discover our other available models to find unique pieces that will seduce you. We thank you for your understanding and interest in our brand.
Delivery
- For any order placed on Monday with Colissimo, the order will be shipped the same day or the next day.
- For any order placed from Tuesday to Friday before 2 p.m., the order will be shipped the same day.
- For any order placed Monday to Thursday after 2 p.m., the order will be shipped the next day.
- For any order placed from Friday after 2 p.m. to Sunday evening, the order will be shipped the following Monday.
- For any order placed Monday to Friday before 2 p.m. with GLS, the order will be shipped the same day.
* Please note that during public holidays, sales or new product launches, this deadline may be slightly extended. Added to this is the delivery time of your package.
We deliver in mainland France and internationally.
We ship the items to the delivery address you provided when ordering. Check that your postman will be able to leave the package in your mailbox or give it to a guard .
For mainland France, count on a delay of 2 to 3 working days to receive your package.
For international markets, it takes between 3 to 6 days depending on the country to receive your order.
For France, there are no delivery costs. They are offered.
As soon as the package is sent, you will receive an email to tell you that the shipment has just been made and to give you the tracking number for your package which will allow you to track your order.

Returns & Refunds
You have 14 working days after receipt of your order (date indicated on your tracking) to make a return online and post your package.
We do not offer exchanges . If you want another size of a model, please place a new order with the correct size.
To return an item, consult your customer account on our site, you will be able to download and print a prepaid label to stick on the return package. Returns are free for mainland France .
For the rest of the world, please notify us by email ( hello@benjaminjezequel.com ) of your next return. For the rest of the world, returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Important recommendation regarding the condition of returned products: these products must, for us to accept them, be in impeccable condition, without having been worn, soiled, washed or retouched. Consequently, returns of soiled or damaged clothing will be refused and returned at your expense.
After receipt and validation of the returned items, the refund is made within 7 working days. You will receive a confirmation email at that time.
Once the transfer has been made, the time it takes to arrive in your account varies depending on the banking establishment.
We do not do exchanges.
Returned items will be refunded within 7 working days of receipt of the package.
For a new size, another model or another color, simply reorder on our site.
All late returns, without a label or with items sent in poor condition may be refused.
Orders presenting charges to be paid upon receipt of the package will be systematically refused.
We pay the greatest attention to the quality of our products.
